How to Use
Shake well before each use. Use on an empty stomach every morning for optimal results.
- Place 10ml (one large spoonful) into your mouth
- Swish for at least 2 minutes, gradually building to 10 minutes over time
- Spit into a waste basket (never the sink, to avoid clogged drains)
- Rinse with water, then brush as usual
Do not swallow. The oil collects bacteria and debris as you swish.
