Directions for Use: 

• For mild symptoms, mix the wash with water at a ratio of 70/30 (3.5 teaspoons of water to 1.5 teaspoons of wash) for douching or apply 2 teaspoons of the wash directly to the affected area for gentle relief. Use this method 7-14 days as needed.
• For severe symptoms, apply 2 tablespoons of the undiluted wash topically or use 3 tablespoons for douching up to three times daily for up to 14 days.
• For chronic conditions, soak an organic cotton round or gauze in 2 teaspoons of wash and apply topically for 10-15 minutes, 1-3 times daily for up to 14 days. Adjust usage according to the severity of symptoms.
• For hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) lesions, soak a cotton ball in 2 teaspoons of wash, apply topically, and cover with skin-safe tape. Wear overnight and remove in the morning. Repeat nightly until the lesion drains or resolves. Do not use on open wounds.
