Lemon Balm is easy to grow and even easier to take. It's delicious, uplifting to the mood, calming to the nervous system, and soothing to the digestion. Lemon balm is a favorite cure-all herbs for kids, and traditionally used at the onset of colds & flus to help break a sweat, which in Traditional Chinese Medicine is known as "releasing the exterior." We use lemon balm in our Back to School tincture for its immune supporting properties as well as its ability to sooth irritability when we're feeling under the weather.

Other Ingredients: Purified Water, Organic Cane Alcohol (ABV 50-60%)
