Chaste Tree Berry (also known as Vitex) has a long tradition of use for supporting female reproductive health. It's amphoteric qualities--meaning bringing balance and harmony to the body--helps to regulate the menstrual cycle and sooth both pre-menstrual and perimenopausal symptoms. It is frequently used as a single herb for 3-6 months to get the menses back on track. It can also be combined with formulas during the luteal phase, as we combine with the traditional Chinese formula Xiao Yao San to make our New Moon tincture.

Other Ingredients: Purified Water, Organic Cane Alcohol (ABV 50-60%)
